Workshop | Floral Arranging with Summer Blooms

*Please note! This Workshop has a hard registration deadline of 5pm August 4th due to the required supplies (fresh flowers). Reserve your spot early.

Port + Palm Co.'s lead designer, Jenny, will lead you through the step-by-step process of creating your very own lush floral arrangement in a vessel. You'll walk away with a basic knowledge of processing flowers, the types of flowers you’re designing with, design mechanics, and general design rules to follow. The arrangement will be created in a reusable vessel that you can take home and continue creating flower arrangements with the skills you pick up in the workshop.

What’s included: Workshop fee includes all materials to create the floral arrangement ! Please note, flowers may vary each workshop session based on what is fresh and in season.

- Vase you can reuse again

- All flowers (a lush variety of unique blooms) to create a medium-large arrangement

- Clippers

- Complimentary sparkling water or soda

- Beer and wine available for purchase at the AW Happy Hour bar for $6!

** In the event of a request for refund more than seventy two (72) hours prior to the event date, the applicant will receive a refund of the ticket fee. No refund will be given if less than seventy two (72) hours notice of the cancellation is given.

Arrangements will be medium sized, similar to the photo above with plenty of fullness and dimension!

Jenny Preston of Port & Palm Co has been working with and designing florals since 2015 for both large and intimate events. Her design skills and intuitive design style are translated into step by step workshops that encourage attendees to follow their own style, and let the florals guide the way.

With events, she loves curating experiences that feel unique to each client and environment. Whether it’s pulling in thrifted vases, layering textures, crafting a flow to best fit a guest’s experience, or figuring out which flower perfectly fits the occasion; she knows that no two events ever feel the same.
